My German isn't perfect but it looks like that information has nothing to do with the question you asked.

Your hosting has to check why this is blocked:

The plugin uses http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_remote_get from wordpress for the addons and file_get_contents for the other files (example. file_get_contents(http://wpaffiliatefeed.com/tradetracker-store/sites.xml)).

So they should be able to see why php cannot do:

file_get_contents(http://wpaffiliatefeed.com/tradetracker-store/sites.xml)

Or why it cannot use http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_remote_get to get to wpaffiliatefeed.com
