Version 4.1.12

Version 4.1.12 has the following fixes
– Issues reported by Fabrizio on the forum has been fixed
– – When using pages and don’t limit the amount of items it doesn’t show any items
– – When there are less items then the limit it shows empty pages

I also added some extra debug information. Mainly to see if all databases are created and to see when the plugin did its last mysql update. This will help me when troubleshooting an issue.
