This news is important if you are using affiliates on your Belgium travel site. Today a travel website in Belgium lost a lawsuit. The judge said you need to have a license even though you only have affiliate links on your site.
If you are targeting people in Belgium with travel items please keep in mind you are considered a Travel Agency, this means you need to get an official license to operate like this.
